Made To Order Requests

These are items that have not been made yet and created at your request. Meaning, they can be customized in color, size, outfit, accessories and so much more! They are designed to be yours, as you see in your vision.

MTO means Made-To-Order. This means NONE of these things are already made/on hand. The design process is yours and we work together to create your desired make! There is a generous turn around time of 4-8 weeks. This is a safety net to make sure adequate communication happens, but also allows me to attend to personal life/emergencies, or life, as it comes. You’ll likely receive your make before that deadline. MTO also allows you to select if you need something made before a birthday/holiday. Though it is recommended that you order a month in advance of the event, to be safe!

The Shop has COMPLETED items. Finished makes already on hand. Anything purchased there will be shipped out on the next available shipping days (within 1-3 business days from the order date!) These are not customizable, as they have already been made and finalized. They’re just waiting for their forever home!

For dolls, there will be an additional form that pops-up prior to check out with many questions that help us design the best make for you! You will be contacted shortly after your request is made, to go over and confirm everything, before we start making it!

If you have filled out a customization form, it will have asked you for the best communication method for you! Which means that is the place you’ll be contacted. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

Since everything here is handmade and take quite a bit of time to create, prices are based on material cost + known hours of work. The more customization, the higher the price point. Please remember that art is my full time job, and to make a living, and also pay taxes, I must change what is fair to make that a reality.

Unless we have spoken at an event, the MTO options are limited to what you see here. These are the makes that have enough variety that we can make them again and again, and won’t mind. There are some makes that we have created in the past, that are a “once and done.” Meaning they were cool to do that one time, but we have no desire to recreate again.

There is waitlist however. If you have something in mind that is not listed here, you can add yourself to the waitlist and describe what it is you’re looking for. If I am able to make it, within a certain time frame, you’ll hear from me ASAP, but if you submit your waitlist item during a market prep season, I will not be able to consider that commission until after market prep is complete. Markets are my main selling hubs, so the focus goes there first!

Any wearable commission options are extremely limited. Wearables take a considerable time to make, and during market prep seasons it is not feasible for us to try to make something wearable while also making inventory. However! Occasionally, there will be pockets of time where we will open customization for something wearable - cardigans, hats, hooded scarves. There will always be an announcement on social media when those options open!

Technically, yes. Every MTO option has a couple slots open. Which means we can make you two teddy bears, or two fae dolls, for example. If you need more than two items, please include that in your contact request form. We will have to coordinate to see if that is possible! For MTO items in bulk, you are required to pay in full.
